Relloo is in private beta — request access →

Draft — last updated October 27, 2026.

Privacy

[Company name and address] (“Relloo”, “we”) runs relloo.io and the Relloo app at app.relloo.io. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain words.

This website

  • Analytics, only if you agree. See Analytics below. Until you choose, and if you decline, no analytics scripts load. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
  • The beta form. When you request access we keep what you type: your name, work email, company, role, team size and, if you add it, how your team hands designs to developers today. We use it only to contact you about the beta.
  • Abuse protection. Your IP address is used to limit how often the form can be sent. It is kept in a short-lived counter, not with your request.

Analytics

When you first visit relloo.io we ask whether you agree to analytics. If you accept, two tools load; if you decline, neither does. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

  • Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page structure) as anonymized session replays and heatmaps, so we can see where the site is unclear. It sets first-party cookies (_clck, _clsk) and, with consent, can use Microsoft cookies (such as MUID). Text you type into forms is masked and never recorded, and Clarity doesn’t run on the request access page at all. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
  • Google Analytics counts page views and a few actions (for example, that the request access form was sent, with your role and team size, never your name or email). It sets cookies such as _ga. We don’t use it for advertising: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization stay denied. See Google’s privacy policy.

To opt out, choose Decline in the banner or under Cookie settings. Declining after accepting clears Clarity’s cookies and stops both tools from loading again.

The Relloo app

The app (app.relloo.io) doesn’t use Clarity, Google Analytics or any other session recording.

When you use the app we keep:

  • your name, email address and the workspaces and projects you belong to;
  • the designs you or your team publish: frames, layer data, assets and their names;
  • comments, activity in your workspace, and bug reports you send us.

What you publish is visible to the people in your workspace and to guests invited to a project. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

The app uses cookies only to keep you signed in.

Who processes it

We use these providers to run Relloo:

  • Vercel: hosting for the app, and private file storage.
  • Neon: the app’s database.
  • Upstash: short-lived records such as sign-in steps and rate limits.
  • Clerk: sign-in and accounts (your name and email).
  • Cloudflare: hosting for this website, and its cookie-free analytics.
  • Microsoft (Clarity) and Google (Analytics): analytics on this website only, and only if you accept them.
  • Resend: email delivery, such as invitations.
  • Sentry: error reports, without design content.
  • Anthropic: optional AI suggestions for organizing screens; when a workspace uses them, the frame’s image, name and text are sent for that suggestion.

How long we keep it

Beta requests are kept until the beta ends or you ask us to delete them. App data is kept while your account and workspace exist. When a workspace is deleted, its database records and stored files are deleted too.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time: email hello@relloo.io.
